1. استغفر الله – Astaghfirullāh (30 fois)

Translittération :

Astaghfirullāh

Traduction :

Je demande pardon à Allah.

2. الصلاة على النبي ﷺ – Salât al-Fâtih (50 fois)

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَاتِحِ لِمَا أُغْلِقَ، وَالْخَاتِمِ لِمَا سَبَقَ، نَاصِرِ الْحَقِّ بِالْحَقِّ، وَالْهَادِي إِلَى صِرَاطِكَ الْمُسْتَقِيمِ، وَعَلَى آلِهِ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِ وَمِقْدَارِهِ الْعَظِيمِ. 

Translittération :

Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Sayyidinā Muḥammad, al-Fātiḥi limā ʾughliqa, wal-Khātimi limā sabaqa, Nāṣiri al-Ḥaqqi bil-Ḥaqq, wal-Hādī ilā ṣirāṭika al-mustaqīm, wa ʿalā ālihi ḥaqqa qadrihi wa miqdārihi al-ʿaẓīm.

Traduction simplifiée :

Ô Allah, prie sur notre maître Muhammad :

• l’Ouvreur de ce qui était fermé,

• le Sceau de ce qui a précédé,

• le Défenseur de la Vérité par la Vérité,

• le Guide vers Ton chemin droit,

  et sur sa famille, selon la grandeur de sa valeur et de sa mesure sublime.

Remarque : Si on ne connaît pas encore cette salat, on peut réciter à la place une autre Salat.

3. لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ – La Ilaha Illa Allah (100 fois)

Translittération :

Lā ilāha illa Allāh

Traduction :

Il n’y a pas de divinité [digne d’adoration] en dehors d’Allah.
